Dr Patrick Guérin
President - Chief Executive Officer
A veterinary surgeon, Patrick Guérin founded Celtipharm in 2000, leader in France in real-time analysis of healthcare data. With detailed knowledge of french pharmacies with which Celtipharm contributed to the implementation of the "dossier pharmaceutique", the company became a benchmark expert in marketing studies and clinical research for healthcare industries. Driven by a vision of data sharing as the catalyst for innovating a knowledge-based healthcare service, in 2010 with a team of epidemiologists Patrick Guérin developed real-time tracking indicators for epidemics and contributed to many published articles on the subject. In 2015 he joined forces with Jean-Yves Robin to launch OpenHealth Company. Patrick Guérin is Vice President of France Biotech, the french Association of Biotech and Medtech.

A doctor, he has dedicated his career to communication and information technology applied to public health. In 1998 he founded Uni-Médecine which became santeos, the first french business specialised in healthcare applications over the internet. In 2008, the government asked him to create an agency responsible for public policy for digital healthcare, Asip Santé, which he ran for 5 years. In 2014, he published: "Santé : L'urgence numérique." convinced that healthcare data analysis is a powerful lever for transforming healthcare systems, in 2015 he launched OpenHealth Company, with Patrick Guérin, then OpenHealth Institute research support in datasciences with Professor Marius fieschi.
Jean-Yves Robin is vice-president of the Fédération Nationale des Tiers de Confiance, in charge of health issues.
A graduate of ESCP with a law degree and a Master's in political studies (Science-po Paris), she has over 20 years experience in transformation projects. She began her career in london before becoming a manager at Deloitte Consulting. She then joined Air France - KLM as Program director. In 2008, she became Assistant Director for deployment and use at Asip Santé, the government agency responsible for rolling-out digital healthcare. There, she managed major public policy projects like tele-medicine and healthcare protocols. She joined OpenHealth Company at its launch in 2015.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, he has nearly 10 years international experience within biopharmaceutical industry, in the field of Allergen Immunotherapy. He began his career in Lisbon and Milano as Marketing analyst before becoming Market Research & Strategy Director at Stallergenes Global Marketing. In 2011, he became General Manager in Turkey. Back to Global Marketing in early 2015, he took over Products LifeCycle management position. He joined OpenHealth Company in January 2016 and leads, within Strategy Department, the international development.
Graduated from Växjö University in Sweden with a Master’s Degree in International Business, she has 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in therapeutic areas such as dermatology, respiratory allergies, gastro-enterology and oncology. She started her career with marketing analysis and sales positions for Galderma’s EURMEAA division and for corporate Stallergenes-Greer’s where she became later Market Access Manager. She joined OpenHealth Company in January 2017 as Account Director.
Chief Information Officer
A graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris, he specialised in information systems security. He began his career at the Ministry of Defence, then the Ministry of Industry and Ernst & Young before joining consultants Oppida (information systems security and consulting) where he managed the Toulouse office. He has worked in the healthcare sector for 15 years. He is vice-chairman of the Standardisation Committee for Information Systems Security (CNSSI) within Afnor and works on the development of the development of ISO Standards in information systems security. He joined Celtipharm in 2014 as Chief information officer.
Partner - Secretary General - Data Protection Officer
A graduate in corporate management (Nantes IAE), she has collaborated with Celtipharm since its creation in 2000. She is specialised in quality, Hr and data protection. She is responsible for the company's corporate social responsibility certification. In 2011, she wrote a professional thesis on personal data management in educational therapy. She is the company's Data privacy correspondent.
Head Accountant & Financial Manager
A graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Gestion et d’Expertise comptable (DECF), he joined the Renault Retail Group in 2001, official retailer of Renault and Dacia products. Initially accounts and finance manager, he became purchasing coordinator for Europe. He joined Celtipharm in 2010.
